4. AI and Document Processing
Docsyde uses artificial intelligence to assist with document creation, editing, and workflow automation. When you use our AI features:
- Your document content may be processed by AI models to generate drafts, suggestions, and automated actions.
- We do not use your document content to train general-purpose AI models.
- AI-generated outputs are provided for your review and approval before any action is taken (e.g., sending a document).
5. Electronic Signatures
Docsyde uses SignatureAPI, a third-party e-signature provider, to facilitate electronic signatures on documents. When you use e-signature features:
- Document content and recipient information (name, email) are shared with SignatureAPI to process signature requests.
- Signed documents are cryptographically sealed to ensure tamper-proof, verifiable integrity.
- An audit trail is maintained that tracks who accessed the document and what actions were taken (e.g., viewed, signed).
- Recipients can sign documents without creating an account, minimizing unnecessary data collection.
- SignatureAPI's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
